Usage Tab, ARM Instances, Multiple Node Groups, and Improved Slack Notifications

We've improved Slack notifications for apps running on Porter, added support for ARM instances and deploying apps onto different instances, and added a brand new Usage Tab.
OUTLINE
Cost and Usage
Users can view a detailed, daily breakdown of their project's cost, CPU, and RAM usage in the Usage tab, found under the Project Settings side bar tab.
ARM Instances
ARM-based instances are now supported across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Using ARM instances can allow for significant cost savings compared to x86-based instances.
Multiple Node Groups
With multiple node group support, users can now deploy different applications onto different instance types.
Slack Notifications

Slack notifications for application events have been improved, now including deployment successes, failures, and any erroneous exits like crash loops and OOM (out of memory) errors. Users can set up the Slack integration through the Integration tab.
